We have been involved in some of the leading cases reported in New York regarding variances, telecommunications, RLUIPA, SEQRA, subdivisions, rezoning and civil rights claims. We have been recognized for our knowledge in these areas and have been asked to speak and write on municipal topics by such varied organizations as Pace Law School, New York State Department of State, International Association of Municipal Lawyers, American Bar Association, Westchester Municipal Planning Federation, New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association and the Rockland Municipal Planning Federation.
