Sarah J. CafranAssociate
Sarah J. Cafran is an associate attorney with Silverberg Zalantis LLP. Sarah works with the firm's partners assisting private clients and municipalities with land use, zoning and SEQRA issues. In addition, she works on related litigation and appeals and assists with commercial real estate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah gained experience at another law firm, where she worked on commercial, environmental and land use matters that included regulatory issues and construction disputes. She also handled commercial real estate closings and all aspects of litigation.
Prior to graduating from law school, she had an opportunity to intern for the United States Environmental Protection Administration and the New York City Mayor's Office of Environmental Remediation. She also worked at the Pace Land Use Law Center. Sarah received a certificate in Environmental Law with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use from Pace Law School and served as Articles Editor of the Pace International Law Review. She graduated from Marist College with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and received her J.D. from Pace Law School.
