Dan Patrick is an associate attorney at Silverberg Zalantis LLP. Dan works with the firm’s private and municipal clients on zoning, land use, SEQRA and other municipal matters. His responsibilities include examining planning board and zoning board applications, reviewing municipal contracts and assisting on litigation related to municipal issues.
Prior to joining Silverberg Zalantis, Dan worked in the zoning, municipal, and land use practice area of a law firm in Orange County. He provided counsel for several municipalities and private clients and worked extensively on matters regarding SEQRA, General Municipal Law, Town Law, Village Law, and Highway Law.
Dan graduated from Illinois State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law. During law school Dan was an Articles Group Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review and interned with Pace’s Land Use Law Center, a city corporation counsel’s office, and a land use and municipal law firm in White Plains.
