Adriana Kierszenbaum is Of Counsel at Silverberg Zalantis LLP. Previously she was a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Real Estate Departments of the same multi-national law firm as Steve Silverberg and Kathy Zalantis where Adriana worked on municipal, land use matters and represented lending institutions and financing companies in secured lending transactions. She has also served as outside counsel and corporate generalist for the Legal Division of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation where she reported to the General Counsel and negotiated a wide range of domestic and international contract issues (including employment, technology, sales and marketing) that arose in the business, distribution, manufacturing, support and service groups.

After starting her career as an associate for a firm which served as outside counsel to the City of Yonkers, Town of Newburgh and Village of Sleepy Hollow, Adriana served as Principal Law Clerk in the New York State Supreme Court (Civil Term) in New York County, as well as the New York State Supreme Court (Criminal Term) in Kings County. She then resumed her municipal and land use work as Senior Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Yorktown where she counseled boards and staff members on such diverse issues as contracts, tax proceedings, development of a comprehensive plan and, in conjunction with the engineering, building and planning departments, resolved permit and environmental impact issues. As counsel to the Yorktown Zoning Board of Appeals she represented the board in State Supreme Court, the Appellate Division and the New York Court of Appeals.

She is an experienced transactional attorney and seasoned litigator knowledgeable in diverse practice areas including banking, complex commercial, corporate, construction, employment, environmental, intellectual property (including the filing of trademark and service mark applications), municipal, land use, real estate, telecommunications and zoning, which has prepared her for the services she continues to provide to businesses, municipalities and individuals at Silverberg Zalantis LLP. Adriana obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Duke University and graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1991, where she was on moot court and represented clients in court as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic.
