Jaclyn Coleman is Of Counsel at Silverberg Zalantis LLP.  Previously, she worked with Steve Silverberg and Kathy Zalantis at a large multi-national law firm. Currently, her legal practice focuses on sophisticated transactional real estate and corporate law.  She has substantial experience representing   both sellers   and purchasers in both large and small real estate transactions as well as representing lenders and borrowers in commercial and residential mortgage loans.  Jaclyn also negotiates leases for both landlords and tenants.  In the area of corporate law, Jaclyn represents corporate clients in regard to entity formation, drafting corporate documents such as operating agreements and partnership agreements.  

Jaclyn obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University  and graduated magna cum laude  from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as Symposia Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
